Permitted Use of AI

Employer Responsibilities

You agree to use Hyrr.net’s AI signals as a supplemental tool. You are legally responsible for your final hiring decisions and compliance with local labor laws.

No 'Prompt Injection'

Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or use 'prompt injection' to manipulate candidate rankings or extract proprietary model data.

Data Ownership

Your Data

You own the candidate data you upload. Hyrr.net acts as a Data Processor, handling information strictly according to your instructions and our Privacy Policy.

Our Tech

Hyrr.net owns the AI models, algorithms, and the 'Match Score' outputs generated by our system. These are proprietary intellectual property.

Service Level & Accuracy

AI Variance

AI is an evolving technology. While our Neural Rank™ is highly accurate, we do not guarantee that every prediction or match is 100% correct.

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows for AI model updates will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
